A home of their own, with the right people around them

Supported living for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and acquired brain injury. Their tenancy, their routine, their choice of how support works.

The model

Support that fits the person, not the rota

The person holds their own tenancy or licence. We provide the support around it, at the hours that match their life rather than a staff schedule.

That means a consistent team, a keyworker who knows the history, and a plan reviewed with the person and the people who matter to them.

Who we support

  • Adults with a learning disability
  • Autistic adults, including those with sensory needs
  • People recovering from mental ill health
  • Adults with an acquired brain injury
  • People with physical disabilities and complex health needs

Six things we get right

The details that decide whether support feels like a service or a home.

Tenancy first

Housing and support stay separate. The person's home is theirs, and changing who provides support should not mean moving house.

Tailored hours

From a few hours a week to 24-hour support, built around what the person needs and what they want to do.

A consistent team

Small teams and named keyworkers, so the person sees the same faces and does not have to explain themselves twice.

Positive behaviour support

Plans built on understanding the behaviour and the environment, not on restricting the person.

Real independence

Goals about work, education, relationships and health, reviewed rather than written once and filed.

Safeguarding, always

Clear reporting routes, a named lead, and families and professionals who hear about concerns early.

Who you can hold to account

Every service has a named manager. Every concern has a route. Every review has a date.

What to send

  • Age band and current living situation
  • The support needed, and the hours
  • Who else is involved, and the timescale
  • Any risks we should plan around

Please do not send

Clinical records or sensitive personal data. We will arrange a secure route once the referral is with us.

Where a referral involves regulated personal care, we confirm in writing which provider is accountable before accepting it.
